Combination Mat

COMBINATION MAT

Combination Mat is a two (2) layer fabric, consisting of a layer of Woven Roving and a layer of Chopped Strand Mat stitched together. Combining these two fabrics creates an easy to handle thick fabric suitable for hand lay up or infusion. Combination mat refers to a specific type of fibreglass mat used in composite material applications.

In composite manufacturing, the weight of the reinforcement mat bears a crucial factor that determines the strength and other mechanical properties of the final product.
